About your account
Your custom is very important to us, as is the success of your website and organisation. We are happy to discuss your ongoing account with us and anything we can do to improve your site and services. We only hold basic details about your organisation, to assist us in providing the best possible service to you. We review you organisation and website every 6 months, to make sure you are getting the best out of our service. If any of your details change, such as your address or contact numbers, let us know and we will update our records and your website (if the site holds the details that are changed). We can change one minor details, such as a contact number on your website every month for free. If you wish to update the wording of any given page / item on your site, contact us for a quotation.
Your bank account & monthly fee
To enable your site to keep running, we will take your monthly fee, on the same date (or thereabouts) every month, we will supply this date to you by email. We will send you a direct debit form, via our partner website "Go Cardless". This partner agency will hold your bank details in a high-level security data base. We will continue to take payments every month by direct debit, until you tell us otherwise. Your first monthly fee will be debited 1 calendar month after your website goes live, therefore after you have paid the initial design costs to get online, you get the first month's fees for free. Once you have made a successful monthly fee payment, that pays for your site to be live for the next four weeks after that date.
Paying your initial design costs (to get online) & Top-ups / website updates
You can pay for the initial design costs & Top-ups / website updates, either by BACS or by card, the price is the same. We will discuss payment method during the call. We do not hold your bank or card details on our records. Your card details will be processed by our partner company Worldpay, with high-level secure databases, they will process your payments. You pay the initial design costs and for Top-ups and website updates as you add them, we require payment to be completed prior to the work being completed by our team.
