About cancelling & Refunds in General
We want to be crystal clear about cancellation. We offer a business-to-business services, so do not sell to consumers. Nevertheless, we want to be very flexible and open about costs and cancelling. Please note, if you do cancel, then wish to get your website back online, costs may apply. If you require any further information, feel free to ask us. Terms and conditions apply (posted on this website). Refunds may take some time to be processed and return the money back to you. The money will be refunded by the same method you have paid us, including back onto the same payment card, account or method. Cancelling your website before you have paid the initial design costs

Cancelling your initial website launch is easy. We understand that sometimes your needs change and so does your requirement for a website. You can cancel at any point before you have paid your initial design costs, simply write to us or email us to tell us you wish to cancel.

 

Cancelling your website after you have paid the initial design costs

Once you have paid your initial design costs (the cost to get you online), you can cancel in writing by post or email. You will be refunded the full amount if you cancel within 72 hours of your payment. After 72 hours, you will not be refunded the initial design costs. After the 72 hour period, we will start building your website and the initial design costs is our payment for doing this.

After you pay the initial design costs, you pay your monthly fee on the same date every month (date supplied to you by email). You can cancel your built website and monthly fee at anytime, simply email or write to us, giving your organisation name and ask us to cancel your site. We will cancel your website ASAP, we require 7 days notice prior to your next monthly fee payment date, to allow for the admin process to take place. We will email you to inform you that we have cancelled your website.

 

Cancelling new design, hourly work & Top-ups – but still keep your website

You can Top-up your site with additional design & features, or other work…almost anything is possible. If you wish to cancel any of the extra design or features, you can do this at anytime in writing by post or email, before you have made payment for the Top-up or addition. If you wish to cancel after you have made payment for these, you can do so in writing by post or email. If you cancel within 72 hours of the payment being made, you can have a full refund. If after the 72 period. We cannot refund you after the 72 hours period, this is because we will have started work on your Top-up or addition.

 

Cancelling your printed work

We offer fantastic printed products to help boost your business. You can cancel at anytime prior to payment for these products, cancel in writing by post or email. You can cancel your printed after you have made payment and receive a refund if you cancel with 72 hours after payment is made. We cannot refund you for cancellation after the 72 hours period, this is because we will have started working on your products.
